2024 Design Summer Camp Scholarship
Overview
This scholarship was developed to provide registration assistance for underrepresented campers. Thanks to generous donors, the $75 registration fees will be covered for 10 campers.
Eligibility
In addition to Black, Hispanic, Asian and Native American persons, eligibility includes candidates from underrepresented ethnicities, those who are differently abled, and those who have experienced substantial life challenges. The scholarship helps create a space that better reflects and serves our complex and ever-evolving society.
Also, like all campers, applicants must be enrolled in grades 6-9 for the Fall 2024 school year.
Selection Process
The 2024 Project Pipeline Committee has the sole authority for granting the scholarship awards. The scholarship applications will be reviewed by a jury of committee members. Scholarships will be awarded on a first-come first-served basis for those who qualify until all scholarships funds have been awarded.
Parent/guardians will be notified by email of the Committee’s decision.
How do you apply?
The Scholarship application is included in the Camp Registration form.
The last section of the Registration form will ask you to either pay registration fees by credit card or apply for a scholarship.
To apply for the scholarship, you will be asked to answer two questions. Please include your student while completing these questions. (Answers should be 500 words or less.)
